Q1. What is the amount of yeast to be used?
A- We recommend 5-6 yeast balls with 1kg of rice, however, you can add up to 10 for stronger.
Q2. What rice is to be used?
A- Prefarably sticky rice.
Q3. How to cook the rice?
A- Half cook the rice, its better if steam cooked.
Q4. What is the amount of water used to prepare?
A- In 1kg rice mixture 500ml extra water can be added which is then kept for fermentation for 2-3 days.
Q5. What is the quality of water used?
A- Normal drinkable water should be used while preparing the alcohol.
Q6. How and where to keep the container?
A- Do not airtight the Container and put it in a shady and warm place.
